your network servers using VMWare Server 2.0 by Bob Koch
Bob will give a brief comparison of the various virtual hosting software and the pros and cons of each. This will be followed by a demonstration on the installation and configuration of VMWare Server 2.0 onto a Microsoft 64-bit O.S. hosted system with dual NIC’s. Finally a demonstration on how you can convert a physically running system to a virtual machine that can be hosted with VMWare Server..
BIO: Presenter: Bob Koch is the owner of Unicorn Computers, an IT consulting company specializing in small businesses. He has been in the IT services business as a field engineer, network administrator, and an independent consultant for over 25 years. Bob was a Coleman Graduate, from the La Mesa campus, in 1985. Bob received his Microsoft Certified Professional (SBS) and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (NT) in 2000.
